In Sierra Chart select File >> Disconnect.

Go to the C:\SierraChart\Rim folder.

You will see a Rithmic log file there. Delete it.

In Sierra Chart select File >> Connect to Data Feed.

Next time you have the problem, attach the Rithmic log file here as a private attachment. Here are instructions:

The problem you have, we do see it from time to time . We tend to suspect there is some communication problem between your computer and the Rithmic server and we do not think Rithmic may say much more than that.
