In Sierra Chart select File >> Disconnect. Go to the C:\SierraChart\Rim folder. You will see a Rithmic log file there. Delete it. In Sierra Chart select File >> Connect to Data Feed. Next time you have the problem, attach the Rithmic log file here as a private attachment.
