I am by a new broker and newly have Rithmic data feed. I have a problem with Data/Trade Service Settings. At the Service box at the top I have "Rithmic Trading (Not enabled on package)", instead of "Rithmic 01" (which my broker wrote me I should see there). So I can not connect to data feed, when I try it, in the Message Log there is "Your current service package does not support this function. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' to change your package." I have Sierra Package 3 purchased since August until August 2015. Thank you for help. Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-11-24 21:57:15
