It would be best to contact Global Data Feeds about this at the time you have a problem. And at the moment you have a problem, you can post the Message Log here so we can have a look at it to tell you what the particular communication error is. However, all we can do is give you some general information but not solve the problem. Sierra Chart connects directly to the Global Data Feeds server. There is no Sierra Chart server involved in this. The Message Log you posted was not relevant because it only showed a connection to CTS.
