Ok, now I get it. I could not understand from your screenshot, even though I checked it out a few times. I'm sure SC Support would have understood it much earlier.. but then again they might not and had assumed your request is beyond basic SC Support level. You may need to open a new ticket, as this thread is under "User Discussion" now. You may wish to attach a basic Chartbook with just the ZigZag study (along with your settings) in it. You can make it as a private file, if you want to keep it as confidential. That way, when SC Support review your request, they have something to work on to see if they can reproduce the problem.
