One thing we notice in the Message log is this:

HD Request # 8 | Error downloading historical Intraday data for F.US.PILX14. Historical data file not available for symbol. | 2014-10-21 16:01:50 *

This is because you do not have up-to-date symbol settings. Update them following these instructions:

In regards to this:

I need diconnect / Reconnect at 16h00 because FCE real time data feed stopped.
What specific CQG symbol is this?
