Can you tell us what version of Sierra Chart you are running? Make sure you are on the latest one by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. If you still have a problem, then contact to provider of the trading system and if they need further help they need to contact us and we will help them with this. Basically they need to recompile their source code on the current version of Sierra Chart , provide us the updated DLL file, and then make sure you are authorized for the custom trading system.
