If you are using the New Spreadsheets, you can select cells and change the number format for them by selecting Spreadsheet >> Number Format. We need to check on the quote updating problem. We will add a command to set any existing Spreadsheet to function like a "Quote Spreadsheet". This will automatically display the header at the top. We will try to get this done in a few days.
