Why are you not providing the Message Log and are being critical.? How do you expect us to help you, if you do not provide us the Message Log which will to help us diagnose the problem. We can see from the image, the download is failing and the Message Log will indicate why. The download failure is not due to Sierra Chart, but some other reason. We asked for the Message Log in post 4, 13 and post 17 . This post also. From what we can tell, the downloads are very slow and timing out. This is going to usually be the result of antivirus, anti-spyware, or third-party firewall software. Try disabling those. Once again, please do provide us the Message Log.
