Indexes cannot be traded directly. Of the 2667 SC index charts, about 60% seem ugly, and many of the rest would be attractive as futures. Some have names similar to funds or ETFs. Stocks, funds, and ETFs cannot be shorted naked, but futures and FX can. What Google search terms might lead me to various ways that the attractive index charts could help a small investor in long and short trading, for longer term than day trades? I do not want to sell naked options. |
