We see two problems.

1. Your computer's clock is not set accurately:

Refer to help topic 38 for this:
Incorrect Date and/or Time Display, Missing Historical Intraday Data, Chart Not Updating

In the case of TransAct this will prevent the charts from updating.

2. You are getting this error:

Chart: ESZ4 Rev. 6t #5 | Study: 298 | Exception occurred while calling study function. | 2014-10-17 16:11:39 *

You need to remove the old Numbers Bars study from the chart, which may not have a name any longer, and then add the current "Numbers Bars" study.
