We have indirectly solved this problem described in the first post #1. Restart Sierra Chart to get updated symbol settings. The historical data you will receive will be delayed. As far as a permanent solution, this is out of our hands. So we do not know whether it will be solved or not. If you still have an issue, let us know the symbol.
