Hello Support Team, thank you for your reply. 1. As for the Chart DOM scale: Tick Size was 0.01 as in all our CL charts. Scale increment was set to (0=Auto).Scale Range was set to Automatic. No Chart setting and no computer/monitor settings were changed prior to the strange scaling behaviour. We do not have any idea what caused the widening of the column. Since there is no setting for width of column we wonder what happened. After deleting the chart and setting it up newly everything seems back to normal. 2. As for the Tools >> Chart Values Tool: Nothing was working properly in the chart in question. No trading, no drawing, no values. 3. As for the connection: After investigating with Interactive Brokers we found out there was some problem with some account security settings on IB's side. Having corrected the issue the connection problem was solved. Nobody at IB could explain IF that issue caused the connection problem. So we cannot confirm, but at least there seems to be some relation. So by today the issue disappeared. Maybe point 1 and 2 (DOM column widening) are not associated with point 3, connection problem. Thanks again for your support - if the chart behaviour appears again we will document all settings. |
