What happend first is chart DOM scale widens inexplicable.

For this, select Chart >> Chart Settings. What is the Tick Size set to? On that same window press the Scale button. What is the Scale Increment set to? What you see could be normal. Another thing to do is to right-click on the scale of numbers on the right side and select Auto Scale the Chart DOM.

What happens second is no drawing is possible in chart.
Does the Tools >> Chart Values tool work properly?


What happens third is no ordering possible from chart.
We looked at the video and it is hard to see because it is covering too wide of the screen area. Anyway we have a general idea of what is going wrong. So Trader Workstation is disconnecting the connection. So we recommend contacting Interactive Brokers and finding out why the connection is being lost. Contact API _AT_ InteractiveBokers.com about this. They will need to get the TWS log file.
