In the case of the ES, we do not recommend using a volume-based rollover. Instead use a date-based rollover.

Update Sierra Chart to latest release with Help >> Download Current Version.

After this make sure you follow the instructions exactly as explained here to re-download data for all the contracts in the chart:

Also, there could be a study on a chart which is causing a problem. So remove those if you still see a problem.
