We cannot say without careful examination of the log and we are not going to do that being you are using IB data. Working with IB historical data is a struggle and we will not provide support for that. And even though the reliance on the Interactive Brokers historical data has been minimized in newer versions of Sierra Chart, it is still used. Therefore, the proper solution is to use the Sierra Chart Real-time and Historical Exchange Data Feed: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed The general procedure to resolve an incomplete data issue with a Continuous Futures Contract chart is to re-download the data as explained here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/doc_ContinuousFuturesContractCharts.html#ReDownloading Do that and see if it resolves the problem.
