We need to understand this better. What Data or Trading service are using Sierra Chart with? And we also need to understand if you are looking at Intraday charts or Historical charts. A text description is next to useless to us in these cases. And we also need to see images of the charts. In many cases Sierra Chart is not the provider of the data feed. You also need to understand how historical charts work: Historical Chart Prices The historical Daily charts are going to be the master reference and are accurate . Help topic 12 explains how they work. The data comes from the exchange. So it sounds like you are not happy with the exchange data . So we recommend contacting the exchange rather than us about this. Why don't your two symbols, at least, agree? This is too vague for us to help with with. You need to be 100% specific with exactly what you are referring to and point out specifically in each chart what you are referring to. And provide images of those charts. Most likely just need to have an understanding of why you see what you do. And understand that in the case of real-time data and Intraday data, we do not provide that data.
