Hello support. Market analysis, I use footprint. I need the tick history. I already addressed a similar problem. You answered that subscribers (package 5) will receive historical data from the Sierra Chart Historical Daily and Intraday Data Service. After that, I got the data from the rare problems when downloading. At the moment, I can not download historical tick even in the last session. Question What has changed when providing historical data? How will eliminate this problem? |
