We still see no evidence in this Message Log that you are actually doing just this: so once again I click "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download" on a historical weekly chart like you said
Are you actually going to the "Edit " menu and selecting the command that says Delete All Data and Download? The log indicates otherwise.
