We have an idea of what the problem is and we are going to make a change to allow for more tolerance on the historical data connection for CTS. Basically the problem is that there is no heartbeat message is received for over 60 seconds. This could be because it takes a long time to receive a day of tick data on your connection. CTS FIX Historical Data: No heartbeat messages received from server. Sent Test Request message to server. | 2014-09-24 13:56:46 CTS FIX Historical Data: Disconnecting due to a loss of activity. No activity for at least 62 seconds. | 2014-09-24 13:57:56 * CTS FIX Historical Data: Sending a Logout message.
