If you find a way to avoid this, then do that. Really this is hard for us to know the source of the problem. We are not having other reports of this. We are suspicious that the problem relates to spreadsheets or .NET and that will be solved in about six months. So longer-term we will have a solid solution assuming this is the source of the problem. Although, really we generally do not hear about issues with Spreadsheets or .NET so that may not even be the problem.

Perhaps there is some other issue going on we are not aware of.

Not certain what help we can provide at this time. If we remember correctly, you were having some Abnormal shutdown problem previously. We did not have other similar reports of a problem at that time and could not see anything wrong. If you are able to try another computer, that is recommended.
