I haven't used SC for quite awhile. When I attempted to login a message came up saying a rollover is required. I proceeded and all four of the open windows went blank with a small message saying "Download Failed" and then each window went black. The symbol I'm wanting to load is the ES Dec 2014 contract. Before attempting the rollover, the ES Sep was showing ok up to Aug 5th (strange date). I subscribe to your SC Exchange data and have an account with Interactive Brokers. The top right corner of the screen shows DF:1 ST:1 in a bright green background. At the bottom of the File menu "Data/Trade Service Settings" and "Disconnect" are available to click and "Connect To Data Feed" is grayed out. Hoping you can help. Thanks. |
