I am with infinity futures and has major problem with their data feed. Typically after hours or before market opens or on weekends it keep disconnecting after few minutes and asks me to relogin, during trading hours (us session) it stabilizes but still disconnects sometime, order feed works OK its just charting data feed, I have emailed them several occasions with logs but going no where. I am wondering if it is by design. I have heard same by at least two other traders. I am wondering if anybody else having the same issue.
