Did you notice this problem after updating Sierra Chart? We need to get one of your Chartbooks so we can test it. Attach it by following these instructions: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#AttachFile The proper procedure to restore a Chartbook from a backup is to put a copy of it in: C:\SierraChart\Data There is also a new Backups folder which contains backup Chartbooks for the last seven days.
