Question:
Is this transient behavior of sc.GetOrderFillArraySize() (returning 0 temporarily after a reload) expected? Is there a recommended, reliable way in ACSIL to ensure that the order fill list (and thus the count returned by sc.GetOrderFillArraySize()) is fully loaded and stable before querying its size after a chart reload or timeframe change?
Yes. You just have to wait a period of time but this can be a variable period.
