I am using SC on trial and I wanted to activate SC RT data feed for eurex products. I had the following problems: - I answered also the CME Exchange questions (maybe I'll need that in future) but it states me as professional while I am clearly non-professional - I tried to activate the eurex with market depth but I received the following error: Failed to activate the 'Eurex with Market Depth' exchange. Market data feed account does not exist. Contact Support for more help Please advise. Thank you |
