New versions of the software are not released on a specific schedule, but there is typically a new version about once a week (sometimes more, sometimes less). You will see the current version numbers on the main page of our website (on the right) at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/

We recommend keeping up at least monthly to ensure you have the latest changes.

From what we can see, it looks like you may already be on the latest release (v 2751). If not, then update by following these instructions:

If the current release does not resolve your issue, then start Sierra Chart in Safe Mode and see if that resolves the issue. If it does, then you have a custom study that you are using that is causing the issue. Safe Mode turns off custom studies usage. Refer to the following for how to use Safe Mode:

If Safe Mode does not solve it, then you would need to see if you can go back to backup chartbook that does not have the issue you are seeing. Refer to the following for how to access backup chartbooks:
