Post From: Sierra Chart Freezing up every night EXACTLY at midnight (12 AM) and 6 PM EST at the open

Hello Support,

As of last week, my SC platform has started freezing up twice every day - exactly at midnight (12 AM EST) and at the open of the nightly session (6 PM EST). It works absolutely fine between these 2 times and only at the specified hours (6 PM open and 12 AM midnight) it repeats this pattern - platform freezes and become unresponsive for approximately 45-60 min and then gets back to normal. The only option when this happens is to either wait for platform to start responding (wait for an hour) or kill the application and restart it again (which is very time consuming, because I have to reload all chartbooks).

I have 2 SC installations on the same server (both running version 2700 64-bit on Win 10 Pro). One copy of SC is live (connected to trading) and the second one is connected to SC simulator service. Both SC installations are 100% identical with the same exact chartbooks. The freezing happening ONLY on the live SC instance connected to real trading account.

This has NEVER happened before and there was absolutely nothing changed in configuration of both SC installations and in the chartbooks - they are 100% as they were for several months.

Can you please advise what could be the reason for this odd behavior?

This is really frustrating and makes trading difficult.
