We do see the issue of the Pulling/Stacking Volume Bars showing all the levels and not the combined levels. We will look into this. With regards to the "Width" of the bars, meaning the height, there is not a way to change that. There is no reason to set the "Number of Levels for Bid/Ask Depth Calculations" to 4. If you are actually displaying values that use the Bid/Ask Depth Calculation data (such as Bid/Ask Depth Bars) then you will only see 4 levels worth of data (1 point). That setting is completely unrelated to combining the Market Depth/Volume data in the DOM for easier viewing.
