Yes. You can use IB TWS real time data feeds in SC for SPY and stocks. The IB real time data feeds for stocks are at additional cost. You would need to subscribe to IB Nasdaq TotalView feeds, and US Securities Snapshot and Futures Value Bundle. Go to the Account >> Market Data Subscription Manager in IB TWS to subscribe to additional feeds.
