Getting back to your earlier question, for Instance 01: I have three chartbooks with multiple, mostly time-based, tabs usually located at the bottom of the screen. None are showing, however under the CW menu the charts appear to be present, and when selected, they do load properly. Restart. Second instance does not load. First instance is corrupt with my time-based tabs missing from all three chartbooks, except the last one used before shutting down. I send the log of the first instance for analysis with the ticket number. ----- I have had the same problems again, as described below. I took the following steps: 1) Restarted the platform - Second instance would not load, and missing time tabs in all of the chartbooks of instance 1. 2) Followed SC instructions to restore from a backup. I restored the configuration files of both instances. The first instance appears to be working okay, however second cannot connect, and the log prints the following error -- 2025-03-29 05:38:10.930 | DTC Client socket (1) | Close event error. Windows error code 10053: An established connection was aborted by the software in your host machine. * I have previously tried to start the platform with the Webroot Firewall & Webshield disabled, but it made no difference. The firewall has never been an issue since I joined SC. I have send SC a log of the second instance with the support ticket number as above, as reference. Please advise further. |
