Hi Sierra Chart Support, I’ve activated the EUREX EOBI exchange and I’m currently on Service Package 10 (SP10). My Denali exchange cost is $25/month and my usage time is active until April 30, 2025. However, I’m still unable to use Numbers Bars — the study throws this message in the log: "Service Package does not support this function or account is expired." I’ve confirmed: SP10 is active EUREX is active Live data is flowing But my Services Balance is only $0.50 Do I need to top up my balance immediately, even though I already paid for this month?
