1.Is it permitted to use Sierra Chart with Rithmic-provided CME data (from Apex) without connecting a live funded futures account, as long as I'm not using Denali? Yes this is fine for now. This could change later but for now there are no changes. However, be aware of the following:Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Rithmic Support Policy 2.Could this usage violate any data feed or exchange compliance rules? No, there is no problem with this.
