I’m currently using Sierra Chart with the Rithmic data feed provided by Apex Trader Funding. I did not purchase the Denali Exchange Data Feed, and I also don’t have a live funded futures trading account connected to my Sierra Chart setup. Despite this, I am still able to access real-time CME data and place trades directly through Sierra Chart using my Rithmic login from Apex. I understand that for non-professional CME data through the Denali feed, CME requires a live funded account connection once per month. My questions: 1.Is it permitted to use Sierra Chart with Rithmic-provided CME data (from Apex) without connecting a live funded futures account, as long as I'm not using Denali? 2.Could this usage violate any data feed or exchange compliance rules? I just want to make sure I’m not violating any terms or putting my account at risk. Thanks in advance for the clarification! |
