We are not sure what exactly you are asking with regards to the study. If the issue is that a user is still able to run your study even after they are removed from your list, then the reason for this is that you are only checking to see if the user is valid when there is a full calculation. Most of the time, the study is being called only for the most current bar, so sc.Index is rarely zero.
