It has nothing to do with Sierra Chart. This happens to Rithmic every few months or so. I've been using it for a while. What I would like to see is that when "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" is set to "Yes", I should still receive Denali data even if Rithmic isn't working. I think this woould resolve alot of confusion where users will post on the SC board rather than Rithmic's, because then the services are clearly separated.

Right now, if Rithmic isn't connecting, I don't get Denali data either. The data should still be received even if the order routing is not.
