Hi. Using top step trader account for evaluation.. put all credentials according to the instructions put login and password to all three sources of data in data service set up of the Sierra charts. Data provider end server are correct. In this morning the platform worked correctly, historical charts been downloaded with all the data and the lifetime data like level two and hold depth of market been working. An hour or two the platform has been starting reconnecting to the server with yellow mark on the status bar. Since then, the platform is still reconnecting and do not working.
