We are not sure exactly why there is this difference, but we think it comes about due to the Range bars and what is described at the following link: Chart Settings: Range Per Bar - Standard (in ticks) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Bar Period >> Intraday Chart Bar Period Settings >> Bar Period Type) Instead of using the "Range per Bar" use the "Range per Bar - True". This will give the proper alignment between the Main Graph and the study.
