There is not a way to have the Session Times set as 09:00 to 14:15 and then have a TPO study that covers 00:00:00 to 23:59:59. You would need to have the chart setup to have the session be from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 to get the TPO correct. You can then use another chart to have session times from 09:00 to 14:15 and overlay the Open and Close prices from those times to the TPO Chart. The easiest way to do this would be to use the "Daily OHLC" study on the 09:00 to 14:15 chart and then use the "Study/Price Overlay" to overlay the "Daily OHLC" to the TPO chart (you can hide the High and Low if you do not want to see them). There is not a way to mark the actual TPO block/letter that represents the open at 09:00:00 and the close at 14:15:00.
