I fixed the issue, though I’m not entirely sure what caused it. If anyone encounters this problem in the future, it can be resolved by copying the main folder from a working Sierra Chart installation. I reinstalled the main folder from the unaffected installation, but strangely, the previously working installation also stopped functioning after I enabled the setting and saved the configuration. To fix it, I restored a backup, which brought it back to normal. Then, I copied the Accounts4 and Sierra4 config files from the problematic installation to the working one to check if either of those files was causing the issue. There were no issues. I then copied the main directory of the working installation to the problematic one and it started working there too. I suspect when I initially copied the root folder to the new installation (problematic one), it maybe had a conflict in its path in the other files excluding accounts4 and Sierra4. |
