The issue you are having is that you are not able to connect to your trading account. The first thing to check is that you have the correct "Clearing Firm" set in your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings". If the above is correct, then you would need to check with your broker on why you are getting that message. -- In the meantime, if you want to get data without connecting to your trading account - set your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Main Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data". After making this change and selecting "OK" to close that window, you will be prompted to update the symbols. You need to answer "Yes" to this question. If you forget, or if you open a separate Chartbook later and need to update symbols, select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service". Just make sure to change your "Current Selected Service" back to "Teton CME Order Routing" when you have that working again.
