The Trade Service Log only shows errors. You need to look in your "Trade Activity Log" to see where the orders originated from. If these are manual orders that are being entered then you need to look at how you are entering these and why multiple orders may have been sent. One likely possibility is if you are entering from a keyboard shortcut and a key got stuck, so multiple orders were sent.
