You would need to use the Spreadsheet Study to do this, not the Spreadsheet Formula. And you would need to make sure that you have the number of Rows set to go back as far as the line itself starts. In general, you would use an equation similar to the following: =AND(WEEKDAY(A3) >= 3, FRACTIME(A3) >= TIME(10, 30, 00)) You would then need to work out the special circumstances covering Sunday and Monday (since they have WEEKDAY values of 1 and 2) and the Tuesday morning.
