Make sure your data is stored at every tick. Refer to the following: Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings) And we recommend using the "Range per Bar - True" rather than the standard "Range per Bar" option.
