Do you not have the original installation folder for Sierra Chart that has the Backups folder? If you deleted it, then check your recycle bin and restore it. When you restore it, you have to rename the folder your current installation of Sierra Chart is in, when it is not running, to some other name since the when you restore the original, it will not overwrite it.
