You are still getting a "Permission Denied" error. All the information we have for that error is in the documentation here:

We are just as frustrated with this error as you are. The error comes from Rithmic, and they own the interface between themselves and Sierra Chart. Yet they have yet to deal with this in several years that it has been occurring. There is nothing we can do about this - if there was, we would have resolved it.

The only other option you have is to not use the data from Rithmic and to use the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This way you would not need to enter the Username/Password for the data fields for Rithmic on the Data/Trade Service Settings window. This also means that you would have to have a live, funded futures trading account in order to get the data at the non-professional rates. Refer to the following:
