When I scroll down, the time and sales figures keep moving, though, just not from the top. This makes it difficult to read a particular area when market is busy.
We are not understanding this statement. We just tested again to make absolutely certain there weren't any changes, and as expected, if we scroll down a bit, so the top-most line is not displayed in the Time and Sales Window, the values do not move. You may see the vertical scroll bar change, as more lines are added at the top, but the actual values you are viewing at that moment will not change. If you are seeing something different than this, then we need to understand what you are seeing exactly.
