Just to make sure it is covered - you are not setup to get any data from us. As such, you would be getting your data from Rithmic. At this time (16:34:00 Central US time), the equity indices futures of the CME Group stop trading for 1 hour. This is from 16:00 to 17:00 Central US time. Therefore, since you have removed the historical data login, you will not get any historical data, and right now there is no real-time data flowing. After 17:00:00 when the market opens again, if you are still not getting any real-time data, then let us know. -- If you want to get historical data, then we recommend getting your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Just keep in mind that in order to get the real-time CME Group data at the non-professional rates, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. And you need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that account at least once a month for verification.
