This is 100% a system issue: is why my Intraday File Update List freezes Sierra Chart altogether when I put more than ~27 symbols in there
It is not an issue with Sierra Chart. It strictly relates to your particular system hardware and Windows operating system. The freezing is at the operating system/hardware level. There is a solution to this. Install two additional NVME drives in your system. One for Sierra Chart and then one for the Data Files Folder: General Settings Window: Data Files Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths) Move Sierra Chart onto one of those drives and set the Data Files Folder to use the other one.
