John, I promise I went thru all my old posts to see if there was an answer to this because I feel like I must know how to fix this, but I can't. Mike teamviewed and duped all settings and did what you suggested. We get an intraday chart with live feed from when it was created, but no back data. I got settings>data limiting and see it is stuck on today's date. I try changing it anyway I can, but it reverts back. It asks in a pop-up if I want to download the back data. I say yes. It then comes up with a red error message. What am I doing wrong? I know I must know the fix but I have tried everything. I also went back to data services and looked that tick data and lots of days.
