This is an unusual problem that is rare. From what we can see it was due to temporary degraded connectivity on the circuit that carries the normalized data. The carrier has notified us that they are doing maintenance, this evening on this particular circuit which hopefully will resolve the problem. We have also put in the request to get another circuit. From a different carrier. We do currently have backups, but they are not high enough bandwidth, during more extreme market activity.
